Refund Policy– Alex Higgs

PLEASE NOTE:

NO REFUNDS are given on orders NOT received because a customer refuses to pay or fails to pay any tariffs or import duty.

Order Fails to Arrive

All orders are shipped from the UK.
UK orders should arrive within 5 days after dispatch.
Rest of the World orders usually arrive 14-18 days after dispatch.
All orders are sent by tracked methods.
Orders NOT received after 25 days are eligible to be sent again or refunded.

Damaged Orders

Every effort is made to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Once it has been dispatched, I have no control over how your order is treated.

In the unlikely event your print arrives damaged, you can request a full refund or the dispatch of a replacement.

Once you have made your decision, you need to complete a few simple steps:

As soon possible, take a picture of the damaged print and packaging.
Send these pictures by email using the email address customerservice@alexhiggs.com
In the email Subject Line, put your order number followed by the word DAMAGED.
Briefly say in your email whether you require a refund or a replacement sent.
There is no need to return the damaged print.
I will notify you by email when your order has been sent again or a refund completed.

Returning an Order

You can request a refund up to 30 days after your order has been received.
You do NOT have to give a reason for requesting a refund, though a brief reason would be appreciated as it could help improve product quality and customer service.
Before returning your order, please send an email to customerservice@alexhiggs.com
In the email Subject Line, put your order number followed by the word RETURN.
Return your order, including the packaging in which it was sent.
Return postage is to be paid by the customer.
Once a returned order has been received, a full refund will be issued.
I will notify you by email when a refund has been completed.
